siHi is for any individual or group wanting to grow in taking ownership of their physical and spiritual health. Our hope is for you to realize that you and/or your group are fearfully and wonderfully made by our loving, heavenly Father. You can gather a group of friends in your community and get out for some exercise or do the same with your friends at work or church.
